Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customised jewellery due to the personalised nature of these pieces. Each item is made to order just for you, so we’re unable to resell or repurpose it. To purchase: add your item to cart and in the notes section you can submit your personalisation. If you have any questions, reach out to the customer service team who will help you! You will need to supply your own artwork for this piece, in the form of a JPG. Our team will email you once you have placed your order. 

Please Note: All personalised orders take approximately 10–15 days to create before being dispatched. We often get them out sooner, but this timeframe helps us manage expectations and ensure each piece is made with care.
